Not a master class but a craft table: postcards, stickers and markers, and the time to write something worth taking home. Mother's Day falls on 15 August in Costa Rica — the last day of the championship.

«I hope I made you proud»

That line is written on one of the cards. The children decorated their postcard, wrote their message, and handed it over in person — several of the mothers had travelled with them and were there to receive it.
